MOS is a tasks and objectives management web app. This was an internal project while working for Trencadis. The purpose of MOS was to create a very simple platform to help us manage our tasks and objectives.
Only registered users had access to this platform. All accounts had to be approved by the admin/master account (usualy the general manager or the team manager).
A complete summary of the user's daily activity. Tasks and objectives can be added by the user or by his/hers direct manager.
Full users list, their roles, and the hierarchy in the company.
A user can update other user's role only if they are under his/hers hierarchy. Master admin has full rights and can update the roles of all users.
The complete list of objectives and tasks attributed to a user. Based on their roles and rights, users are allowed to ADD, MODIFY, and DELETE a task or an objective.
Details and status of each objective or task.
It is used exclussively to message between the users of this platform.
